Information We Collect
When you submit an intake form to engage our services, we collect the information you provide directly:
- Contact details (name, email address, optional phone number)
- Business information (business name, industry, website, target audience)
- Growth challenges, stated goals, and budget range
- Contact email address used for client portal access and weekly reports
- Payment status and tier selections made through our checkout flow
How We Use Information
We use the information you provide solely to:
- Deliver our AI-executed growth services (lead generation, content, outreach, automation)
- Generate and send your weekly documented progress reports
- Send transactional and service-related emails (kickoff, deliverables, nudges, payment follow-ups)
- Respond to support requests submitted to support@growthfocustech.com
- Improve our service over time based on aggregate, non-personally-identifying patterns
We do not sell, rent, or share your business information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Third Parties
To deliver our services we rely on a small set of trusted third-party processors:
- PayPal — processes subscription payments; subject to PayPal's privacy policy.
- SMTP email provider — sends transactional emails on our behalf; only receives the email address and message body needed to deliver the message.
- Hosting & analytics providers — host the application and aggregate, anonymous visitor analytics (no personally identifying visitor data is shared).
Data Retention
We retain your client data for the duration of your active subscription and for a 90-day period after your account churns (cancellation or end of billing). After this period, client records, intake form data, deliverables, and report archives are permanently deleted from our active databases. Backups follow our standard 30-day retention cycle.
If you request earlier deletion (for example, during a cancellation), contact support@growthfocustech.com and we will purge your client record within 5 business days.
